We at The Manhattan Club take pride in maintaining high standards of product quality and hospitality for the enjoyment of our Owners and Guests. Accepting this fundamental difference is essential to understanding why compensation is not permitted for any minor inconvenience you might encounter during your visit. As in your home, unexpected issues can arise. If a drain clogs or the safe will not open, you can rest assured that the matter will be taken care of as quickly as possible.Any form of compensation for the slight inconvenience involved is not feasible and should not be ex­pected.
Owners who insist upon compensation for an inconvenience of an honest mistake or an unavoidable mishap must understand and accept the difference between a Hotel and Timeshare Management. Unlike Hotels, The Manhattan Club is a nonprofit association. Owners’ maintenance fees cover operating expenses. There are no funds to cover free dinners, complimentary nights or other gifts.
The Manhattan Club is your “home away from home.” If an issue arises, please report it. Our staff will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, but they are not permitted to offer, or give free gifts. You can expect and will always receive an apology for an inconvenience, but not a reward.

    • All visitors must be announced.
    • Proper attire is required throughout the Club (shoes and shirts).
    • Deliveries: Please notify the Front Desk of any expected food deliveries. Upon its arrival, you will be notified to pick up your delivery from the lobby.
    • Ice machines are located on the 2nd, 14th and 26th floors.
    • Lobby doors are locked at 12-midnight; proper identification is required to gain entry.
    • No pets allowed.
    • Wake-up calls, please dial 4150.
    • The Manhattan Club is a non-smoking property.
Elevators
    • The Manhattan Club has four elevators available to access the Lobby, and floors 2 and 12-26. Two elevators are located in the center of the guest suite corridors; two are located in the service area of each floor. Private Penthouse elevators are located in the vestibule outside the Lounge on the 26th floor.
