Esteban Carabajo – Owner Services Manager

Esteban Carabajo has been a valued member of The Manhattan Club team since 2018. Throughout his tenure, he has had the privilege of working across various departments, ultimately discovering his true passion for service within the Guest Experience and Owner Services area.


Dedicated and resourceful, Esteban brings a wealth of knowledge to his role each day—whether assisting Owners with reservations or helping plan city events and functions that enhance the overall Owner experience. His commitment to personalized service and attention to detail consistently make a positive impact.

Angels Envy Bourbon Finishing Touch Cocktail Experience 

Continuing our holiday tradition, we were ecstatic to host our annual tasting of Angel’s Envy Kentucky bourbon. Owners and Guests were in excellent hands with the Angel’s Envy brand ambassador and a skilled mixologist who crafted unique smoked cocktails for the occasion.


The mixologist guided attendees through thoughtful flavor combinations—such as smoked citrus, cherrywood, cinnamon, vanilla, and aromatic herbs—demonstrating how each element contributes distinct aroma, balance, and depth to the bourbon. Both educational and enjoyable, the event offered Owners a hands-on, sensory experience that highlighted the versatility of Angel’s Envy and perfectly complemented the holiday season.

Holiday Prosecco Tastings 

Embracing the magic and spirit of the holiday season, we continued our tradition of hosting several complimentary Prosecco tastings and were honored to share these moments with you.


La Marca Prosecco - La Marca is bright, refreshing, and elegantly balanced. It offers lively bubbles with notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, finishing crisp and clean. This Prosecco is perfect for festive gatherings or simply raising a glass with loved ones.


Mionetto Prosecco - Mionetto is known for its vibrant and aromatic profile. It features delicate flavors of honey, peach, and fresh apple, with a soft, approachable finish. Its smooth character makes it an excellent choice for both celebrations and casual enjoyment.

Property Updates:

Elevator Modernization Project  

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of

 the Penthouse Elevator modernization.


In addition, Car 5 and Car 6 (the service elevators servicing floors 26 through the lobby) have also been fully modernized and are now operational.


Modernization work on Car 3 (the main lobby elevator) is 

currently in progress and is expected to be completed by 

Spring 2026. The sixth and final elevator, Car 4, is scheduled to begin modernization in Spring 2026 and is anticipated to take several months to complete, with an expected completion by Summer 2026.


The Elevator Modernization Project reflects our ongoing 

commitment to enhancing your experience and ensuring full compliance with updated NYC codes and regulations. As this work progresses, certain elevators will be temporarily taken out of service at various stages. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these essential upgrades.

As we step into the New Year of 2026, we are pleased to share an initiative that reinforces our commitment to excellence: the launch of our annual General Maintenance and General Clean Program.


Designed to uphold our Gold Crown Standards and preserve the pristine condition of our property, this program reflects our dedication to providing an exceptional living environment. Through meticulous maintenance, furniture care, and comprehensive cleaning efforts, we aim to enhance your overall experience and ensure a well-appointed space you can truly call home.


Key highlights of the program include:

Comprehensive Maintenance

Our skilled team will conduct detailed assessments and complete all necessary maintenance tasks to address wear and tear, ensuring our facilities remain in top condition.


Thorough Cleaning Protocols

By implementing stringent cleaning standards, we are committed to maintaining a hygienic and welcoming environment for all Owners. From communal areas to individual suites, every detail will be carefully attended to.


Furniture Maintenance and Enhancement

Our team will collaborate with a professional furniture restoration company and, where necessary, replace in-suite furnishings to ensure a refreshed, functional, and visually appealing living space.


Common Area Flooring Improvements

As part of our ongoing property enhancements, we have replaced tiles throughout all common areas, including the Lobby and the 26th Floor. These upgrades enhance both aesthetics and safety, providing an improved experience for Owners, Guests, and staff alike.


By investing in the General Maintenance and General Clean Program, we are doing more than maintaining a property; we are cultivating an environment that exemplifies the essence of our Gold Crown Standards.
