Your entire staff is looking forward to supporting you in celebrating spring and summer at The Manhattan Club.
We hope you give us the opportunity to provide an ambiance of hospitality as you navigate all your warm weather adventures in New York City. That ambiance of hospitality is always exemplified by those familiar smiling faces in the lobby, the dedication of your devoted suite attendants, and the respite and refreshments provided in your lounge. Your special valet parking privileges will facilitate your arrival and departure from the Club.
It is very rewarding to speak with Owners who relate experiences here at the Club that reflect our unique “Culture of Hospitality”. Such as the enduring traditions you celebrate; be they birthdays or anniversaries that have occurred here at the Club. Your staff is honored to have supported you in these happy times. Going forward please advise us when making reservations for any special occasion we can acknowledge for you during your stay.
As always, I want to request your support by providing comment card feedback. I think it is worth repeating that The Manhattan Club “Culture of Hospitality” can only be validated by your satisfaction. Your valuable insights are our ultimate guide. Set forth below are the latest events and upgrades that have been taking place at The Manhattan Club.
Sincerely,
Salvatore P. Reale
Executive Director of Operations

Heating/Air Conditioning Reminder
|
The environmental HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) at The Manhattan Club is controlled on a seasonal basis.
In the winter months, the system produces heat only. Switching the thermostat control to cooler will only bring less heat into the suite, not cool air. In the event the suite is too warm, it is recommended that you turn the fan to the off position. This will stop the flow of heat into the suite.
In the summer months, the system produces air conditioning only. Switching the thermostat to warmer will only bring less cool air, not heat. It is recommended that you turn the control to the off position if you are too cold.
During the transitional months, neither heat nor air conditioning is flowing through the system. Air is available through the system by selecting a desired fan speed. If you find the temperature in your suite to be uncomfortable, please contact the Front Desk at extension 4150. All attempts will be made to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
